CAPARROSSHOES.COM is committed to your complete satisfaction; it is our top priority. We strive to provide you with the best service in the industry.

Standard UPS Ground shipping within the continental U.S. is free. All other orders that require expedited shipping are charged as shown at checkout.

It is our desire that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can exchange your shoes or return them for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days of the original purchase.

*Returned shoes must be unworn, undamaged and in their original box*
Unfortunately we cannot accept worn, soiled or damaged merchandise for returns or exchanges. Shoes should be tried on indoors on a carpeted surface before wearing them outside so that there is no damage to the shoes should you need to return them.  Please note that for ivory and white shoes, it is best to try them on with stockings to prevent imprints on the shoes while trying them on.

Please note that, for returns, we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Shipping for exchanges is always free.

To return your merchandise, please affix the enclosed UPS return label to the original box and take the package to any UPS location or call UPS for pickup. Please also be sure to fill out the enclosed return form and include it in the box.
